NOVATION is beginning a "LEAN" implementation with SME member Chris Wood of TenX Ventures as a "sensei" and consultant. The tour will focus on a number of different company departments who will explain to attendees their current work and plans for the continued implementation of lean into their plating, coating and metal finishing operations
