An open letter from Escoffier Society President Whitney Werner, CEC Dear Society Member and Friend of Escoffier: As President of Les Amis d Escoffier Society of Los Angeles, it is my pleasure to announce the year 2007 dinner tribute to August Escoffier. Our gala dinner will be presented at The California Club, Los Angeles on Monday, December 3rd, 2007. The dinner will be prepared and presented under the guidance of Executive Chef Jean-Marc Weber in the manner of Escoffier.

Your name(s) will be on the list at the dinner. Prepaid reservations are required and must be received by November 29, at 6PM Escoffier membership with medallion and certificate are available for an additional $110.00 also via the form above.
