Ticket price includes a $10 donation to Gilda's Club of Greater Toronto for which a tax receipt will be issued.   You have the option of making an additional donation over and above this amount.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT (" Agreement")

The laws of the Province of Ontario apply. 

By purchasing ticckets online, the purchasor(s) hereby agrees to accept, uphold and be governed by this Agreement.

I hereby certify that I (we) or any guests are of legal drinking age in the Province of Ontario, 19 years or older.

I (we) hereby release SAW and its directors from any damages caused by accident or incident, and agree to save SAW and its directors harmless and indemnify them from any damage to person or property arising from attendance and/or participation at any SAW tastings, meetings and events and agree to voluntarily assume any risks associated with same.

I (we) take full responsibility for actions arising from the amount of alcohol consumed at all SAW tastings, meetings and events, and accept same for those guests for whom tickets have been purchased. 

I (WE) HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS AND HAVE FREELY ACCEPT WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT OR ASSURANCE OF ANY NATURE AND INTEND IT TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF LIAB1L1TY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT OF THE LAWS OF THE PROVINCE OF ONTARIO AND AGREE THAT IF ANY PORTION OF THIS AGREEMENT IS HELD TO BE INVALID, THE BALANCE, NOTWITHSTANDING, SHALL CONTINUE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT. I (WE) UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THIS RELEASE AND AGREEMENT NOT TO SUE EXTENDS TO ACCIDENT, lNJURY, OR DEATH ARISING FROM ATTENANCE AT THIS EVENT.
