Objective
This one-day lecture-style workshop will provide attendees with an unprecedented, in-depth illustration of how Architects and Designers can properly use Building Information Modeling to create high-quality Construction Documents. The instructor will also show appropriate modeling techniques to model “only what matters” in each design phase to maximize productivity and profitability. Tips for managing the building information model will be explained throughout the day. Techniques for utilizing the BIM during construction will also be covered. Attendees will learn how best to utilize Autodesk Revit Architecture as their primary design and documentation tool.
Who Should Attend
New and Intermediate users of Autodesk Revit Architecture. Users of Revit Structure and/or Revit MEP will benefit, but the focus is on Revit Architecture.

Prerequisites
This course assumes some basic familiarity with Autodesk Revit Architecture. This is not an introduction to Revit, rather it covers best known practices for optimal model creation and generation of construction documents from that model.
