Bullying is a serious problem in our schools and on our playgrounds.  While teachers and parents do what they can to help, the real answer is empoweing kids to be more confident and not be a victim. 

For children ages 4-11.

In our Bully Proof class, your child will learn:

1. How to use words that give them power,

2. How to use body language that says "I am not a victim",

3. How to use some basic 'non-violent' self-defense techniques to escape and get help.

The class is free, but space is limited, so make sure you register here.
