Event Details

The DFW Writers' Workshop presents a special conference for writers.Writers Workshop logo

Literary agents Doris Booth, Jim Donovan, Paul S. Levine and Elaine Spencer will be in attendance. There will be plenty of opportunities for writers to meet these agents, including a reception, a panel Q&A and don't forget impromptu meetings in the hallways! Agents will be available for a limited number of one-on-one pitch sessions. Conference registrants will be contacted to arrange their meeting in order of registration. So if you want to get in on one of these, the time to register is now!

We have a stellar lineup of more than 30 speakers to share their insights on a wide range of writing-related topics. Our keynote speaker is entertainment writer and novelist Candace Havens.

Other speakers include:

Rosemary Clement-Moore
Britta Coleman
Carmen Goldthwaite
Paul LaRocque
Paula LaRocque
Kara Lennox
David Lieber
William Manchee
A. Lee Martinez
Shanna Swendson
