Effective Communication for Small Business: Relationships, Not Rules

Effective communication is essential for every business. From building partnerships and trust to product/project development and outreach, communication skills can be the link to success or failure.

·  Are you missing opportunities to build trust?

·  Not sure how or when to approach a client/prospective client?

·  Are you struggling with a “communication breakdown”?

·  Are your ensuring that your clients are describing the “you” that you

imagined to others?

·  Would you like to build lasting relationships without another set of rules?

If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, this workshop is for you! This interactive session is essential for small business owners who want and need to communicate effectively with their clients. Avoid delays and save time, money, and misunderstandings by doing it right the first time and every time.

Build relationships with clients and colleagues that help you both to succeed.

Learn to:

·  Build trust and bridge gaps

·  Establish shared goals

· Take advantage of hidden opportunities

·  Manage expectations

·  Understand communication style differences

·  Go the extra mile
