Yoko’s Dance and Performing Arts Academy

with the Fremont Symphony Orchestra

The perfect way to celebrate the opening of the holiday
season! Based on E.T.A. Hoffman’s The Story of the
Nutcracker & the Mouse King, Clara’s dreamlike journey
through the Land of Sweets never fails to delight both
children and adults. Choreographed by Yoko Young
with dancers from Yoko’s Dance and Performing Arts
Academy, guest artists and local celebrities, with
Tchaikovsky’s glorious music performed by the
Fremont Symphony.
After the matinees, bring your children or grandchildren
to the Sugar Plum Party, where they can meet the
costumed dancers and enjoy holiday treats.

Currently in its 46th season, the fully professional Fremont Symphony Orchestra continues to provide high quality musical performances, youth education and cultural outreach programs in Fremont and neighboring communities such as Newark, Milpitas, Union City and Hayward. The Symphony also draws audiences from the regions of northern Alameda County and central Contra Costa and as far west as Palo Alto and the Peninsula. The Fremont Symphony Orchestra is a publicly held 501(c)(3) non profit organization.
