Dear Nonprofit Organization Leader:

United Way of Central Indiana and the Indianapolis Colts invite you to join us on Monument Circle, Friday, September 10, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for the first ever Colts Go Blue for United Way Day. We are inviting your organization and other local not-for-profit agencies to set up a display on Monument Circle to educate the public about your mission and to promote upcoming volunteer opportunities. 

This event is an extension of the Community Fair that has been held the past eight years. We are using this great event to kickoff the 2010 United Way of Central Indiana Community Campaign. In addition, there will be food vendors, live music, Colts cheerleaders, free Colts Schedule posters, and a few surprises. 

For those who have participated in the past, the set-up will be a little different. The entire Southside of the circle will be closed to traffic. Tables will be arranged in and around the Southwest and Southeast quadrant. Space will be limited to the first 100 organizations with United Way agencies receiving priority. Each participating organization will receive a six-foot table with two chairs. Please have your table set up by 10:30 a.m., as we always have early visitors. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your reservation. A second email will be sent with the location of your table as well as details about the event. There is $15 fee per table to participate. This event is a go, rain or shine.
