Register for this FREE Transition Workshop 

This free three hour workshop is designed to introduce parents and family member to the transition process that is used to support middle and high school students with IEPs.

You will understand...

  • How the Transition IEP is used to move your youth from school to the Adult world.
  • How to work collaboratively with school team member in planning the transiton plan for your youth.
  • How your child can become hisher own advocate in the transition plan.
  • how to plan a transition plan to transiton your youth to the community, post secondary education/training, and/or employment
  • how to use age appropriate transition assessments to make decisions about post-secondary measurable goals.
