Continuing with our development of our rhythm of life, and our service at St Paul's cathedral, this evening workshop is an opprtunity to explore different ways of praying using the beads given out with the reflective books.

All of us find prayer very difficult, even though we always find it beneficial once we have done it.  As with the gym, giving space for spiritual exercise is as important as physical exercise.

So this workshop aims to inspire and encourage prayerful experimentation.
