Mr. Bellumio founded Hoodiny in 2006 and serves as the company's senior executive.  Hoodiny is an international social media company that uses its patent-pending, user-personalized recommendation and discovery technology to power a variety of digital media services. Hoodiny's initial offering is Cyloop, a rapidly growing internet radio and social service.

James Rosenberg - CEO and Founder, KLEO Inc.

After serving for a decade as Founder and Executive Director of Adopt a Classroom (which has facilitated more than $10 million in classroom donations), Mr. Rosenberg founded KLEO, where he serve as the company's senior executive.  KLEO offers browser-based software to educators, parents, funding sources and vendors to provide optimized solutions to K-12 educators and administrators for ecommerce, funds distribution and philanthropy needs.
