Iron Sharpens Iron is a Men's Conference for the Western New York area. This one day conference is for all men ages 13 and older and includes two keynote speakers and sixteen equipping seminars: eight in the morning and eight in the afternoon. The two keynote speakers, Kenny Luck and Reggie Dabbs, will deliver motivational messages specifically for men.

There will be masculine worship, ministry seminars, professional exhibitors, and acquisition of ministry resources. The conference starts on time and ends on time.
