Overview:

Leadership and Persuasion Seminar is a highly interactive workshop designed to provide an overview of leadership and persuasion and how it applies to overall project and personal success.

Persuasion and Influence starts from within each of you and is achievable by all!  In this workshop, participants will learn in detail about the 12 Laws of Persuasion, which are based on human behavioral responses.  Leadership qualities that support the business leader’s persuasion success will also be covered in detail.  This will be a highly interactive seminar.

The course starts with a pre-class 360 leadership assessment that sets the baseline of the participant’s perspective.  Assessments from 3 additional perspectives: management peers and team members provide three additional perspectives.  The resultant report provides opportunities for personal change and improvement.

Participants will see how the ability to effectively understand and use multiple persuasion techniques will increase their ability to persuade in any situation; 1 on 1, small group, large group, in writing and over the phone.

Working in small teams, participants will use exercises to practice techniques that demonstrate or develop persuasion abilities and understanding.  Each participant will benefit from the interaction with and feedback from the other participants in the workshop.

Preliminary homework will be required to complete the 360 degree assessment as well as reading assignments.

Each attendee will receive a copy of the following books:

·         Maximum Influence – the 12 Universal Laws of Power Persuasion
