WHAT TO EXPECT

·         FUN WORKOUTS – 5 group workout sessions with skilled personal trainers – each session can be tailored to suit a variety of fitness levels. Sue and Rachel are our personal trainers, and they are FUN!

·         NUTRITION & SELF-CARE INFORMATION – 5 nutrition and self-care sessions – each one following the workouts. We’ll include handouts and tools to help you after the bootcamp.

·         CLEANSE & RELEASE FAT – During the first week, we’ll go through an easy 5-day RESET cleanse to stabilize your blood sugar, correct your metabolism, eliminate any cravings, and tell your body it’s OK to release fat! Most lose up to 4-5 pounds during this RESET – with no hunger. Did I mention it’s easy?
