The Eaker Institute, the research arm of the Air Force Association, will present a major discussion entitled “Victory in Cyberspace.” The discussion will feature a presentation by Dr. Rebecca Grant, author of the study, and a panel featuring General John Jumper (USAF, Ret.), Lieutenant General Robert Elder, and Lieutenant General John Baker (USAF, Ret.).
