Intermediate Photography Workshop
Take your budding photography skills to the next level! Join in-demand, Phoenix-based wedding and portrait photographers Jennifer Bowen and Kimberly Jarman for a hands-on workshop sure to help you grow in your photography. For many of our past attendees, they said this workshop was their "lightbulb moment" in really understanding how ISO, aperture and shutter speed interrelate which allowed them to shoot more creatively and take their photography to the next level. How to shoot manually and nail your exposure
Several tips for lighting, creative composition, and posing
How to work with subjects (clients!) before, during and after the shoot
How to speed up your digital workflow and post-process more efficiently
Tips to make your images really pop
How to work with off camera flash

Plus we will put all of this know-how to work with a LIVE MODEL SHOOT!
After the live model shoot, you will have the opportunity to process your images via Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop with Jennifer and Kim and then share them with the class. Both will offer hand-on guidance, and share useful tips for working with these programs. Lastly, we'll have open Q&A time!

Who Should Attend
The intermediate workshop is ideal for those who already understand photography fundamentals but want to better understand how to put those fundamentals to work in real live situations. You should already know how to adjust your camera to shoot manually, and understand in theory the fundamentals of ISO, aperture and shutter speed. (If you don't understand these fundamentals, the beginner workshop may be perfect for you!) It's also for photographers who may have recently started businesses and find themselves stagnating or not moving past a certain point, or anyone who wants to take their photography skills to the next level.

A camera bag since we will be walking and moving quickly during the live model shoot
A laptop to process your images with Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop if you have them. (You can download a free trial of both at www.adobe.com)
If you do not have a laptop, you can share screens with others that do and watch as they process images to still learn as much as possible vicariously, however we strongly recommend having one so you can work on your images.
All attendees will need to provide their best images to the models for them to keep.
