Back to back 12 hour shifts! Inconsistent work schedule! Eating on the run! The stress of work, family demands, and professional responsibilities often interfere with nurses’ ability to do what’s right for their own health. Yet nurses serve as role models and leaders to the patients they serve. Nurses know the importance of preventative healthcare yet frequently put others’ healthcare needs before their own. Learn about the importance of making your own health a priority from a nurse practitioner who provides primary care to hundreds of nurses. Explore the most common health issues as well as techniques for improving overall health.

This is a Gannett Education CE event. Participants who attend the webinar and complete an evaluation will earn 1.0 contact hours of continuing nursing education.
