Hey, Teens!

Text all your friends and tell them to register for this class with you.

Why?  Because it's going to be fun and it will teach you some really cool moves to help you protect yourself from bullies.  If you were ever bullied in school, then you know that it takes more than just "using your words" to stop it from happening every day.  It takes courage, a strong voice, confident body language, and the self-defense skills to back up your mouth when all else fails.

Yah, that's right.  We don't hold back and talk politically correct when it comes to bullying.  This class will be no nonsense, fast, fun, and very real.  That's not to say that we are going to teach you how to kill people.  That's the first question everyone asks, and that would be irresponsible of us.

What we will teach you are some really cool moves to protect yourself and then let you practice on an mock attacker in a fully padded suit of armor.  Yup, this is a full out, real life, let's see if this stuff really works kind of class. You're going to love it!  And, your parents will feel much better knowing that you are not willing to be a victim.
