Today’s volunteers want to lead. They want to see a project or program through to completion, and are capable of managing a team of volunteers.  This workshop focuses on where to find these volunteer gems; and what to do with them once you’ve got them.  Learn how to identify these volunteer leaders, and how to place them in the best role. Exercises and discussion will help you clarify roles, set clear expectations and prepare to hand over projects to volunteers.
