You are invited to participate in the BIG SHIFT. Sound ConneXions Chicago presents a full-day forum to encourage, support and bring to light the meaningful work that so many are passionately engaged in to create the world in which we want to live in. We invite ALL leaders of businesses and non-profits, agents of social change, community leaders and all who are eager to work collaboratively with others to create the positive social and ecological SHIFT that we hunger for.


If you are interested in...

• joining a growing network of people who are dedicated to developing new ways of working together to create generative solutions to our pressing social problems;
• supporting social change by connecting with others;

• advancing grassroots community development efforts;

Locaiton: Loyola University Chicago, Lewis Towers | Beane Hall,
              111 E. Pearson, 13th floor, Chicago, IL 60611

Parking: Parking garage located across the street and limited parking on street

(Parking garage tickets can be validated at Loyola University for a reduced parking rate. The easiest parking lot may be Bloomingdale's (Enter on Walton or Rush).  Loyola validation on Saturdays is between 7 am and 6 pm with cost of $6. Green ticket can be picked up at 25 E.             11:15am - 3:15pm        Open Space Community Forum
                                               (Includes Break for Lunch)

             3:15pm - 4:30pm         Community Announcements & Closing

Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

Admission by donation: Recommended donation is $15 to cover lunch and refreshments

The Sound ConneXions Community Forum includes:

• Networking opportunities to foster social transformation;
• Sound ConneXions Project Spotlights to increase awareness of social innovation and entrepreuneurship;
  Open Space conversations to  share your idea or project with others, to facilitate peer learning, and to garner support for your project;
• Share knowledge of experience and lessons learned to help these endeavors succeed;
• Stimulate action on work that is meaningful and necessary for your emerging projects and ideas to evolve.
