A treasury of English Choral Music

The Esterhazy Singers of London present the perfect summer concert with a celebration of glorious English choral music from Tallis, Byrd and Purcell to Elgar, Vaughan Williams and Tavener.

The programme features unaccompanied motets and partsongs spanning five centuries – a series of miniature masterpieces from Tallis’s If ye love me to Tavener’s The Lamb – each a gem from the English choral tradition.

A delightful summer programme at the historic church of St. Sepulchre-without-Newgate features, among others, works by Tallis, Dowland, Byrd, Purcell, Sullivan, Elgar, Parry, Britten, Tavener, Vaughan Williams, Tippet and Rutter.
