Too many projects... too little time? It’s time to take a serious look at the art of delegation.   Delegation really is a survival tactic in the world of volunteer management. Just because you’re in charge of the project, doesn’t mean you have to do everything yourself. You’ll learn how to confidently turn over important projects to key volunteers, and then empower them to excel.  We’ll create a plan for holding volunteers accountable through benchmarks and communication. Learn how to delegate to your volunteers and watch them thrive.
