Join Brewmaster Iain Hill and Chef Darren Watson for an intimate 5 course dinner paired with and prepared with 5 house beers. Included are Carbonade Flamade prepared in Iain’s award winning Oud Bruin beer, Drunken spaghetti with Clams and Stout and a unique cheese plate paired with a hugely aromatic Northwest IPA. The evening begins with the last cask of ‘08 old Oud Bruin on the pub side and then retires to the the restaurant for dinner.
Cask night runs from 4:00-7:00 Pubside and Dinner will begin in the restaurant at 7:00.
