Event Details
Create art and celebrate summer at Marymoor Park! Join the project
artists in making kites from recycled materials – and fly them, create
clay sculptures to inspire cello compositions, listen to – and tell –
stories about the trails.
This is an all-ages participatory mashup of performance, art, and big
time fun. Bring your dad (it is Father’s Day afterall) and bring your
friends to enjoy “your big backyard.” Feel free to also bring a picnic to further enjoy the day!
The
event is free and open to the public, but a $1 parking fee is required on
site. Parking dollars support our parks and trails.
