Panelist Bios:

Curt Cetraro is the CEO of ConnectPoint Search Group, a Sacramento region recruiting firm that provides Direct Placement, Contract Staffing and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions.  ConnectPoint’s RPO business delivers unbundled services via a technology platform that allows companies to establish an employment brand in social media, track applicants and increase internal recruiting efficiencies while dramatically reducing costs.  In late 2008, Curt developed a free seminar series and workbook to help the region’s job seekers increase their job search effectiveness. He’s delivered it for the last 18 months free of charge and donates several hours each month to review resumes and consult with individuals.  Curt is very active in our community; he sits on the Board of Directors of The Sacramento Tree Foundation and the Business Council of the U.C. Davis Children’s Miracle Network.

Christina Rogers, MS NCC is a career counselor and the owner of Angeles Career Consulting, LLC. As a career counselor she helps clients through challenges stemming from transitions, advancement, the use of social media and overall career development. As a consultant she has become an expert in career development practices in education and has developed workbooks, guides, and curriculum used in schools throughout the state. ConnectPoint Search Group provides Direct Placement and Contract Staffing solutions to companies seeking uniquely qualified executive, professional, and technical individuals to fill key positions.

Helen Scully, MS NCC, president of Scully Career Associates, Inc. established in 1990, is a Nationally Certified Career Counselor, career coach and corporate trainer.  Helen is the author of Elevations®, an online career assessment at www.ElevateYourCareer.com. She tweets from @careertests sharing knowledge and tips regarding jobs, career changes and the workplace.

Natalie Paulsen is the Director of Business Development at Sacramento marketing firm, 3fold Communications. While experimenting with the popular social networking tool, Twitter, Natalie realized it could be used to identify a local business that was not only using social media, but using it well. She simply started to pay attention to the people and organizations that were establishing a clear presence and gaining popularity in the world of social media. Eventually, her instincts and 140-character conversations led her to a handful of 3fold employees (as well as the business owner). With company culture at the top of her list of professional requirements, Natalie started to forge relationships with individuals that shared her enthusiasm, interests and now…an office space.
