About our Guest Speaker:  Mr. Marques Silva is the Senior Director, Business Partners for the Virginia Megaprojects Employer Solutions Team. He has fifteen years experience developing and fostering business partnerships on the local, national and international level. Currently, he works with employers to think through potential strategies to mitigate the impact of traffic for those employers and employees affected by the construction of the HOT Lanes and Dulles Metrorail. He is a graduate of Franciscan University and lives in Fairfax, VA with his lovely wife and four children.
