The CAN Softball Tournament is taking place at NASA Goddard Fields in Greenbelt, MD. The first/second rounds of the tourney will take place on Sunday, July 29th with the remainder the following weekend, August 4th and 5th.
The tourney is a double elimination and the only time during the season we REALLY play to win! You have the option of 2 fees for the tourney: $34 for players or $21 for guests. This is completely your choice to pay. We have a tourney roster in mind, so if you want to check your status before you pay, please email us!
The first/second round games times will be announced at the Bracket Revealing party on July 27th and emailed to you as soon as possible. All food and drink on that day will be available for purchase at the on-site food shed.
The weekend game times on the 4th and 5th will be decided after the outcome of our opening round. The fees above will pay for food, beverages (beer, wine, and soda), umpires, new softballs, five regulation fields, tents, and t-shirts (players only) on these two days.
We are also required to provide 4 volunteers to help out during the 4th and 5th. Brad and I can do one day, but hope 2 others can help out as well!
