The biggest challenge for any organization, large or small, is to stay focused on the few major efforts that will best execute their vision and mission. In this workshop you will learn how to align management, staff and board through a simple One Page Plan; complete with measurable objectives, enabling strategies and timely action plans. Learn what the components of this plan are, how to get started, and how having a One Page Plan will help better position your organization for outside funding.

Presenter Madeline Kellner is currently the Executive Director of In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority of Marin and has more than 25 years of experience helping organizational leaders plan and executive new programs and performance improvement projects as a consultant and administrator. She has worked with private and public sector service organizations and their employees to improve operations and implement major change efforts. She brings expertise in facilitation, organizational redesign, workforce development, and strategy and implementation planning. Ms. Kellner was elected to the Novato City Council in November 2007 and has served as a member of the Homeward Bound of Marin and Marin Education Fund Board of directors.
