The NOCCA Institute & The Lupin Foundation present
ART & SOUL • SUNDAY, MAY 23, 2010
NOCCA, 2800 Chartres Street, New Orleans

The NOCCA Institute and the Lupin Foundation invite you to one of the best parties in a city known for its parties: ART & SOUL, benefiting the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA), Louisiana’s arts conservatory for high school students!

ART & SOUL 2010 will take place Sunday, May 23 at NOCCA, located at 2800 Chartres Street in the historic Faubourg Marigny. The theme for this year’s event is Artists in Progress, celebrating the work that NOCCA students undertake every single day.

The Patron Party, presented by Peoples Health, will be held from 6:00 – 7:00pm, and will feature early access to the silent auction and a special menu of savory hors d’oeuvres by some of New Orleans’ best chefs. The Gala will follow from 7:00 – 10:30pm. Gala guests will be treated a dinner buffet, open bar, live music by The Michael Pellera Quartet, Johnaye Kendrick, the NOCCA Alumni All-Stars, and special performances by NOCCA students. A popular feature of the event is a fabulous silent and live auction, which is supported by hundreds of local artists and businesses.
