Event Details

The SF Bay Area CoDA Fall 2007 Conference presents two days of workshops and working sessions in a relaxing settings in the coastal hills west of San Mateo, California.

2-hour workshops currently include:

Nonviolent Communication and CoDA
One Breath at a Time
4th Step Inventory Work
Boundaries, Consciousness and Spirituality
CoDA and the Medicine Wheel 
How to Have an Intimate Relationship Using CoDA Tools

1 - 1-1/2 hour working sessions include:

Special Opening Session with CoDA founders Ken & Mary
Healthy Meetings
Spanish language CoDA meeting
Starting Sponsorship
Peeling the Onion - Sex & CoDA
CoDA and Parenting
Fearless Living

Saturday evening, we will have a Comedian presenting thoughts on relationships before dinner (which is not included in the conference price) and there will be a dance following dinner.

Co-Dependents Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women whose common purpose is to develop healthy relationships. The only requirement for membership is a desire for healthy and loving relationships. It is the mission of NorCal CoDA: 1. To practice and apply the 12 Steps and 12 Traditions of Co-Dependents Anonymous* in all NorCal CoDA functions and affairs. 2. To develop an effective communications network to and from NorCal CoDA local communities. 3. To provide a line of communication for NorCal CoDA Community Groups to and from CoDA World Fellowship. 4. To act as a distribution point for information related to NorCal CoDA Community and Local Events & Schedules. 5. To provide a focal point for Regional Conference Event Planning. * as adopted for their purpose from the 12 Steps and 12 Traditions of Alcoholics Anonymous.
