The ticket holder assumes all risk and danger incidental to attending large, social events open to the general public and agrees that none of First Fridays of the Bay Area, LLC, its employees, owners shall be liable for injuries or loss of personal property suffered at the event.

The ticket holder must comply with First Fridays Code of Conduct, below.  Failure to comply with the Code of Conduct may result in the ticket holder being asked to leave, refused admittance, or removed from the event.

Keep this ticket in a safe place as you would money or regular tickets.  First Fridays of the Bay Area, LLC is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by unauthorized duplication. In the event that duplicate copies appear, First Fridays of the Bay Area, LLC reserves the right to refuse entry to all ticket holders and may credit the original purchaser the face value which will constitute full remuneration.

YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY AT THE DOOR IF YOU ARE OUT OF DRESS CODE (EVEN WITH TICKET IN HAND)
