Relationship Systems Intelligence
May 27 2010

5:30 - 6:00 pm - Registration & Light Supper Sandwiches
6:00 - 8:00 pm - Interactive Workshop
Networking until cleanout at 8:30pm

This workshop introduces Relationship Systems Intelligence™ (RSI). RSI builds on principles from Emotional and Social Intelligence, and then expands the focus to a larger paradigm: the capacity to see oneself as part of a Relationship System. A Relationship System is an interdependent group of people with a common identity or function. Identifying with or aligning with a system is a shift up from simply connecting effectively with others. It is the difference between relating with individuals in a group, to seeing the group as a single integrated whole.

If you have ever felt challenged with the number of individual voices and positions you need to pay attention to, Relationship Systems Intelligence gives you an alternative.

Drawing from experience with clients such as Boeing, IBM, and the Grand Canyon, the presenter will focus on how leveraging the three Intelligences is fundamental to creating resilient, nimble organizations. You will leave with practical tools to apply in your own practice or organization.

Facilitator

Marita Fridjhon is co-founder and President of CRRGlobal. She is also a faculty member of the Coaches Training Institute, consultant to large organizations and mentor to practitioners in the field of Relationship Systems work.  She came to this work from an extensive background of Clinical Social Work, Community Development, Process Work, Family Systems Therapy, Business Consulting, and Alternative Dispute Resolution.  Her primary focus is systemic change, leveraging diversity, creative communication, deep democracy in conflict management, and the development of Learning Organizations.

Marita presented a version of this workshop at the OD Network Conference in Seattle last year.
