Join us for our MVP Arm Conditioning and Strength Clinic taking place Sunday, March 28th at the DLL Complex.

Coaches Clinic

Coaches Clinic: FREE to all DLL Coaches and Managers. This is the same instruction/clinic that the MVP Band has been presenting at the spring Regional Clinics for Little League International - and for DLL - it is free.  Learn how to teach proper throwing mechanics, correct

Time: 10am - 11am

Player's Clinic

Players Clinic: $15.00/player; open to any DLL player ages 7 and up. Players will receive thorough instruction on arm strengthening and conditioning, arm care, proper throwing mechanics and tips to increase velocity and strength. Players should bring their gloves as this will be a hands-on clinic. Clinic fee may be paid with cash or check (payable to A Change of Pace) the morning of the clinic.

Time: Noon to 2pm

Location: Both clinics will take place at the Davis Little League Complex.

DLL Fundraising

Players, coaches and managers: The MVP Band (product used to perform arm strengthening) is part of the DLL Spring Fundraising program. Every MVP Band purchased by DLL players/parents/coaches earns DLL much needed funds. MVP Bands will be available for purchase at both clinics for $45.00. 

For those wishing to purchase a band at the clinic, please note: there will be no shipping fees nor sales tax.  And best of all, a percent of the sale will go directly to the DLL Program.
