48hr-postcard_2010

Special thanks to Boris Isakov for the fine edit and Denver Rochon for his documentary film crew support.

Completion of this form only indicates my interest in the 2010 DWIFF Challenge.

My team is not officially entered until one person on my team pays the $75 entry fee either online or via check and indicates a team name for entry into the 2010 DWIFF Challenge.

I understand that this is a weekend contest on June 1th through the 13th. I am solely responsible for making all meetings and deadlines that are required in order to participate in this event.

I will have fun and make the best short film I can.

I will be safe and not hurt myself or other people during the weekend.

If I have selected "I Need a Team", I am giving permission to the DWIFF Challenge organizers to share my contact information with other teams / individuals that indicated they are looking for more team members or need to form a new team for the competition.
