Susan Odev

Susan is a proud, working mother with four beautiful children. She is a skilled writer, performer and human development specialist with nearly 20 years experience of designing, coordinating, managing and delivering training.  She has written on subjects such as time management, customer service and training for several trade journals. She has acted as an “expert” contributor on handling stress as a working mum for magazines such as Women’s Own and Women’s Weekly.

Susan’s infectious enthusiasm for self development and her performance background makes her an inspirational writer, trainer and public speaker. She has experienced first hand the choices and associated pros & cons of returning to work as a new mother (four times over). She is passionate that all mothers should be supported to pursue whichever route suits them, and their families, and is delighted to have been involved in this book celebrating entrepreneurial mums.

She has successfully freelanced full time for the past eight years building up her training business Rainbow Options; which was founded, on a part time basis, in 1997.  In 2000/02 she studied for a Msc Human Resources. (Organisational Development & Consultancy). She is a keen student of NLP & LOA .

In her spare time Susan teaches children and young people in drama, musical theatre and comedy. She writes and performs with cabaret group the “TheatriGals” and successfully took her one woman play  ”What’s NeXt? Factor” to the Edinburgh Fringe in 2007 .

It is her goal in life to motivate and inspire others to let their little SPARKLES shine!
