Comprehensive Pre-licensure Course

This NMLS-approved course satisfies your 20-hour prelicense requirement under the SAFE Act. It includes a minimum of 3 hours Federal law, 3 hours Ethics, 2 hours non-traditional mortgage products, and the mandatory 3 hours of Pennsylvania law. The balance of the course includes approved electives that cover additional topics you'll see on the license exams.
