April Workshop: Strategic Cultural Change

With Bob Hughes, Bill Swift, and France Cloutier.

April 30th, 2010
7:45 to 11:45 am (registration and breakfast at 7:45 am, sharp start at 8:15 am)

Organizations must adapt to their environments. Cultural Capital – the ability of an organization to build a corporate culture that attracts and retains talented people – is rapidly emerging as the most important criterion for success. Who you are and what you stand for is just as important as the quality of products and services you provide. To become a market leader involves embarking on a process of whole system change.

Please join seasoned consultants, Bob Hughes from the Forton Group in the UK, Bill Swift of DoDifferently and France Cloutier of Bergevin Cloutier & Associates for this engaging workshop where we will explore what is going on in the world of work today that indicates to us, more than ever, why paying attention to the employee experience is non-negotiable for any organization wanting to be successful. We will also look at specific models and tools for accessing organizational culture elements that could lead to sustainable transformational change in organizations.
