Speakers:

James Johnson, Interim Chief, Management Dept., Georgia Forestry Commission

Scott Griffin, Forest Health, Georgia Forestry Commission

 

Presentations at this program will included such highlighted pest issues as:

Laurel Wilt Disease - the demise of Lauraceae in the south                          

Hemlock Woolly Adelgid – small insect causing big problems                       

And threats on the horizon:

Asian longhorn beetle and gypsy moth (& Champion Tree Program)      

Emerald Ash Borer and Sirex Woodwasp (& cogongrass)  

 

Registration:  $30, members and $40 non-members
