Join us as we celebrate the life of Dr. Nina Simone in an evening of song, visual art and personal reflections. Dr. Simone’s daughter: Lisa “Simone” Kelly will headline a musical tribute with some of her mother’s most notable songs. Some of Atlanta's known musical talents will open up for the feature musical event.

This will also be the opening event for the Fine Art Exhibition, titled: "I Want A Little Sugar In My Bowl." This exhibition features Nina Simone inspired paintings by legendary actor, Billy D. Williams, Jonathan Green, Synthia Saint James, Paul Goodnight among more than 35 other visual talents from across the United States.

Many of Nina Simone fans,  invited guests, community leaders, celebrities and family members will be on hand for the inaguaral event.

This will be a catered event with early access and table service for our VIP guests. Dress code is Semi-Formal / Cosmopolitan.
