The Daughters of Rhea present Belly Dance Magic, an exciting whirlwind of enchantment and dynamic entertainment. Let us take you on an exotic gypsy caravan ride to glimpse mysteries from the ancient halls of the Pharaohs, see Moorish dancers and traveling Oriental circus artists of yesteryear, peek into a sultry Anatolian taverna, and then be whisked away to view the modern stages of Istanbul, Beirut, and Cairo. The box office opens at 5pm on the day of the performance only, theater doors open at 7pm for open seating, and the show starts at 7:30. Don't worry if you can't get there until 7:25 - there are no bad seats at the Baltimore Museum of Art theater!
Tickets are $25, $20 for BMA members and full-time students with ID, $15 for children 12 and under.
On-line credit card ticket purchases are only available through 1pm on August 4th. This does not mean that the show is sold out! You can purchase tickets with cash or check from the box office at the top of the BMA main staircase any time after 5pm on the day of the performance. Please call 410 733-0536 and we will hold tickets for you until 7:10pm.
