DRAWING
Three (3) random drawings will be conducted by a representative of Operation Empowerment Inc. as described below. All random drawings will be held under the supervision of an independent firm. Entrants need not be present to win. All tickets will be verified and selected by an independent, third-party firm. Winning tickets will be drawn at a chosen location between 5:00pm and 8:00pm on March 1st 2010 from all eligible ticket requests received. The winner need not be present to win. All winners will be called by name. All winners will be notified by telephone, email and certified mail, return receipt requested, information as provided at ticket purchase. Notification by telephone will be made day of drawing. Email and U.S. certified mail, return receipt notification will be made within 24 hours of drawing. If the winner does not claim the prize within 30 days, no other ticket will be substituted for the winning ticket and the cash equivalent of the prize will be donated to Operation Empowerment.
A list of winners may be obtained by writing to Operation Empowerment Inc. or by visiting www.winadream.us or www.operationempowerment.org. List will be posted approximately 4 hours after final drawing. The IRS has decided that amounts paid for chances in raffles, lotteries, or similar drawings for prizes are not gifts, and do not qualify as tax deductible charitable contributions. Contributions without registration to raffle are welcome and are tax deductable.
