Signing Babies 1 is an 8 week class that teaches you how to sign with your baby. A minimum of 150 ASL signs are taught, as well as 15 songs to sign and sing to your baby!
Long before your baby can speak, she has the ability to understand speech and wants to communicate with you. Most babies are able to sign back to you by the time they are 8-12 months of age.
Since 2001, across North America licensed WeeHands Instructors have taught thousands of families and caregivers to sign with their children. In a WeeHands baby sign language class, you and your family are taught by a qualified instructor to use American Sign Language signs, songs and language development strategies with your little one!

WeeHands with Becky
Becky Beardsworth is the mother of a beginner WeeHands signer. She has been signing to her 14 month old daughter since birth. Becky is a Queen's University graduate and received her certificate in American Sign Language from Sir Sanford Fleming College in 2007.
Becky has experience teaching literacy to the Deaf and working with individuals who have intellectual disabilities and are non- verbal. These experiences have helped Becky to see the importance of communication and the differences it makes in peoples lives when they are given the tools to communicate even the smallest of desires.
