The  Zumba® workout, which features easy dance moves to Latin music. This class is a high energy workout. Students can participate for just the first half hour of the class or the full hour, whichever best suits their fitness level. Wear comfortable clothing and exercise footwear and be prepared to move.

Note: HSS members participate in HSS seminars at their own risk. We encourage all attendees to be mindful of their physical limitations and safety during the class. In this class, if a series of steps is too fast or difficult for you, or you are not physically comfortable with the movements for any reason, we suggest that you do the routine at half time or simply march in place during that sequence of the class. Please consult with your doctor if you have questions about which type of exercise is best for you.
