This session will include smaller break out groups and mock term sheet negotiations. A panel of leading entrepreneurs and investors will identify and negotiate the issues that entrepreneurs and investors deal with in early stage investments. The session will be led by Blank Rome attorneys: Lou Rappaport, Tom Dwyer, Brian McTear and Brett Schulman.
