** NOTE: This class is only open to facilities that generate less than 5 tons of hazardous waste per year (waste oil is not included in this total), and have a current Hazardous Waste Generator Permit issued by on e of the following agencies: Santa Clara County, Department of Environmental Health (i.e. HMCD); City of San Jose: the City of Milpitas; The City of Mountain View: or the City of Palo Alto.
