Getting started in PR

This event is now sold out. If you wish to register your interest for the CIPR ‘Getting started in PR’ student event then please email victoriak@cipr.co.uk. You will be contacted if extra tickets are made available for this event

The CIPR will be hosting a careers morning for all current students and graduates interested in starting a career in Public Relations. Due to the economic crisis it has become increasingly difficult for graduates to achieve that all important first job interview. With this event we aim to help guide delegates towards achieving their goal of working within the PR industry.

The event will consist of three bite sized sessions offering advice and top tips on what employers are looking for; getting your foot in the door and CV and interview advice. Each session will have a Q&A period at the end to answer any burning questions you might have.

Following the event there will be a small number of PR recruitment consultants and PR organisations present for delegates to network with.
