Event Details

Welcome to Seven SpringsWelcome to online registration for our 2010 PHCA/CALM Annual Convention and Trade Show. You may use this form for fast, online registration of up to two convention attendees.

Registrations Of 3 Or More. When you register 3 or more persons from the same facility, the third and subsequent registrations cost only $100 per additional registration after the first two registrations. For registrations of 3 or more, please call Jamie Billings (717) 221-7932 or FAX your multiple-registration form to (717) 221-8687. To download this form, click here (PDF).

What's Included. Each registration fee include tuition, trade show and hospitality hops for the day or days indicated. Tuesday lunch is included with full convention and Tuesday-only registration; otherwise, lodging and meals are not included in the registration fee.

Attendee Preferences Questionnaire. As part of your online registration, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire indicating the specific sessions you plan to attend. This information is gathered to help with room assignments, and you will not be held to your initial selections.

You will also be asked whether you require any special services, such as special dietary needs.

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations made at least 7 business days prior to the start of the convention will receive a full refund less a $25 administrative fee.  However, no refunds will be made on cancellation requests received after that deadline, i.e., Thursday, September 2. To cancel, please call (717) 221-7932 not later than September 2.
