Event Details

RULES, REGULATIONS AND TERMS 

The rules and regulations are made as part of the Agreement for Exhibit Space. They have been drawn up for the intention and purpose of providing a well-organized, attractive and successful Summit.

Booth Construction and Conduct:  All exhibits must be constructed, designed and operated in good taste. Publicity, sales and promotional activities should be conducted within the exhibitor’s booth. The IB Summit is limited to those persons, firms, corporations, and other entities that have contracted and paid for exhibit space in the Exhibition facility. No other persons, firms, corporations or other entities will be permitted to demonstrate products, solicit orders or distribute advertising material on the floor or in the Exhibition Facility. Any person violating this rule will be ejected from the Exhibition Facility. The Exhibitor is encouraged to contact a Summit representative if they see a non-exhibitor conducting business, handing out promotional material, etc. at the Summit.

Assignment of Booth/Exhibition Space:  Booth/Exhibition space may not be assigned without the Summit’s prior written approval. Booth/Exhibition space is to be occupied only by a representative of the Exhibitor.

Booth Location/Site:  The Summit reserves the right to reassign the location and site of the booth whenever reasonably necessary in order to enhance the success of the IB Summit.

Booth Equipment:  Each booth will consist of one (1) 8’ background drape, one (1) 6’ table, two (2) chairs, one (1) wastebasket, electricity, internet access and one (1) booth identification sign with company name and booth number.

Setting Exhibit Booths:  Booths must be set up between the hours of 8:00 am  - 5:00 pm May 18, 2007

Signs, Decorations etc:  Exhibits including signs shall not exceed a height of 3 feet from the floor unless the exhibit is located against the building wall or the Exhibitor has prior written permission from the Summit. Partitions must not block the view of the neighboring exhibitors and may not extend higher than 31/2 feet on either side.

Care of Exhibits:  The Summit is responsible for the cleaning of the aisles. Exhibitors shall cooperate by not allowing trash or any other materials which can endanger the public or inconvenience other Exhibitors to be deposited in the aisles. Exhibitors must place their wastebaskets in the aisles outside their booth at the end of the day in order for them to be emptied.

Exhibitor Badges:  Badges will be handed out at the USF Sun dome on move in day, Friday May 18th, 2007. Four badges will be issued per purchased booth.

Removal of Booth Exhibition:  Every booth must be staffed until the end of the Summit. Exhibitors shall not dismantle or pack-up prior to the official closing time of 4:00 pm, Saturday May 19th.

Vehicles in Show: Exhibitors bringing a vehicle into the show must reserve a minimum of two (2) booths. Vehicle must be brought into the Sum dome at the specific time set up by the Summit and the Sun dome and must comply with Rules and Regulations of the Fire Department.

Safety of Personal Property: The Summit is not responsible for Exhibitors personal property. The Summit cannot guarantee the safety of any Exhibitor’s personal property, including damage or loss suffered by the Exhibitor as a result of fire, accident, and theft or any other loss or injury whatsoever.Florida Department of Revenue Sales Tax Number: The Summit strongly recommends that if you are selling a product and/or providing a taxable service, you must register with the Florida Department of Revenue and obtain a SALES TAX number.
