Energy Audit Training, and Building Performance Institute Training

All CleanEdison Instructors are certified BPI Building Analysts, and several hold advanced specialty certifications in Energy Audit Training including BPI Heating Specialist qualifications. Throughout the process, trainees learn the ""house-as-a-system"" approach as well as discover the most profitable ways to implement BPI practices. You will learn how to use diagnostic equipment such as the blower door and the combustion analyzer to ensure systems are functioning together correctly to maximize home performance, comfort, energy efficiency, safety and durability. All CleanEdison BPI Courses *include Exam fees for both the written and field exams*, and we take care of all the application paperwork! Don't take courses from other providers who have up to $800 in excess costs.

BPI Building Analyst Training Course

CleanEdison's BPI Building Analyst course will teach you basic principles of building science to assess energy efficiency in a home while also monitoring conditions that have a direct impact on human health and safety. BPI Standards emphasize the ""house-as-a-system"" approach to inspecting a home, meaning that all systems are interconnected from the HVAC equipment, to the envelope, the foundation, walls, roof, doors and windows. You will learn how to use diagnostic equipment such as the blower door and the combustion analyzer to ensure systems are functioning together correctly to maximize home performance, comfort, energy efficiency, safety and durability. An energy auditor with BPI certification gives homeowners peace of mind knowing the professional meets the national standards of the Building Performance Institute having passed both a written and a hands-on field exam.

Energy Audit Training - Why take the BPI Building Analyst Training Course

BPI Standards have been crafted with one important fact in mind: The house is a system and everything is connected. The relationship between all interconnected systems of the house is the key to its overall performance, efficiency, and durability. Moreover, home performance is essential to the health, safety, and comfort of occupants. Certified BPI professionals are trained to quickly target, diagnose, and solve household performance problems such as mold, mildew, ice dams, drafts, and high utility bills to name a few.

I would like to thank CleanEdison for all of your help and support. I completed the Building Analyst and Envelope Professional courses and passed both of the exams and field test.
